Monday – Strength 7:30am
Tuesday – Run Workout 7am, Strength 6pm
Wednesday – Kickr (cycle) 7am
Thursday- Strength 6pm
Saturday- Kickr 9:15am, Strength 2pm
Sunday – Support Long Run 8am

Run Coaching

Nell will write you a 3 month individualized progression plan and make adjustments along the way.
*Triathletes may not sign up for this program.
